Driving license: EU citizens just need the European driving licence. Non EU citizens must have an International Driving Permit (IDP).
Visa – Passport: Tourist visas are not required to visit Andorra. However, since Andorra can only be accessed by passing through France or Spain, tourists from countries outside the European Union (formed by Spain, France, Portugal, Italy, Germany, The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Greece, the United Kingdom, Ireland and, since May 2004, Malta, Cyprus, Slovenia, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania) who require an EU visa should obtain a multi-entry Schengen visa to ensure freedom of movement into and out of Andorra. The Schengen multi-entry visa can be obtained from French and Spanish Consulates.
Border Crossing: Entering Andorra, you generally do not need to even stop, but you must slow down and be prepared to stop if requested. When leaving Andorra, you must stop and be prepared for delays during busy times. Generally they do not search motorcycles. Both borders are open 24/7.
Insurance: EU citizens just need a Green Card. For non EU citizens, make sure that your International Motor Insurance Card is valid for Andora.
Fuel: Unleaded gasoline is called essence sans plomb or gasolina sense plom. For fuel prices check this page. Credit cards are widely accepted.
Equipment: Wearing a helmet is mandatory.

Maximum Allowed Blood Alcohol Level: 0,05%
Speed limits: Inside cities: 40 km/h, Outside cities: 70 km/h
Fines: Police are authorized to collect fines on the spot. Laws follow France standars.
Tolls: There is only one toll road, the Envalira tunnel, witch costs 4,10€ (01/2020).
